All 2010 recital and showcase DVDs will be delivered to your specific dance studio (unless otherwise noted) based on the delivery terms arranged with each individual dance studio (as quickly as two weeks post-recital and as long as the fall 2010/11 registration period in September). You may pick your DVD up from your respective studios at that time.
Orders placed more than two (2) weeks after the recital date will be subject to a processing and administration fee of $8.00. If your studio has a two (2) week guarantee, this handling charge will appear as soon as we begin preparing the DVDs for shipment. Please place your order early to avoid extra charges.
All 2010 competition DVDs will be delivered to your specific dance studio four days after the competition. You may pick your DVD up from your respective studios at that time.
Orders placed after the competition will be subject to a processing and administration fee of $8.00.
Please note: All DVDs ordered after the terms listed above (or DVDs from 2009 or earlier) will be subject to a $8.00 processing and administration fee. This fee will be listed as a handling charge on your online order. These DVDs are mailed via Canada Post and should arrive within one week of shipping (usually two weeks after an order has been received) and are also delivered to your studio for distribution.
If a studio is no longer operating the DVD will be shipped directly to your home. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information and indicate studio closure in your order notes.
