We pride ourselves on creating a great product but with live events, sometimes things just don’t go as planned.
That’s why we also pride ourselves on our customer service, because our goal is to go as far as we can to get you the product you desire. So if you’ve received something from us that just isn’t exactly what you ordered, please know that we are going to do our best to make things right. It just sometimes takes a bit of time.
If you’ve got a DVD that just won’t play, we ask that you review our Warranty Policy prior to contacting us.
If your DVD hasn’t arrived, a dance is missing from your collection or you just can’t get that disc to play, then you’ll need to contact us through our Competition Warranty Form or our Recital Warranty Form.
Please ensure that you fill out the correct form:
Competition Warranty Form – this is for videos or photos that you have ordered from an external competition where your child competed against dancers from other studios (ie. where titles and/or awards were given out)
Recital Warranty Form – this is for videos or photos that you have ordered from an internal event that was just for your child’s dance studio (ie. showcase, holiday show, year-end recital)
