Got questions about your order status and when to expect to receive your order? These answers should help!

Competition orders:

How quickly can I expect my order to ship out?
– Orders placed at the event usually ship out within 2 weeks of the competition. Depending on volume, they may sometimes ship out earlier or later. Any orders placed after an event are charged a late fee of $8, and usually ship out within 2-3 weeks of being placed.

How will I know when my order has shipped out?
– The bar on the right of this page is updated whenever the orders for a competition have been shipped out, so you can see the ship date for your order.

Where is my order going to ship?
– All competition orders are mailed direct, unless your studio director has requested studio distribution. If so, all of the orders for your studio will ship to the studio director for distribution.

What method do you use for shipping?
– These orders are always shipped by regular mail (USPS for American orders and Canada Post for Canadian orders) and can take anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks to be delivered, depending on how the mail service is operating. This means that some parents at the same studio might receive their DVDs before other parents, so don’t panic!

My order says it was shipped out 3 weeks ago, but it still hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
– If you haven’t received your DVD within 3 weeks of the ship date, please fill out the Competition Warranty Form and our staff will be able to investigate.

My order arrived, but it’s not correct. How can I get it fixed?
– If your order wasn’t produced correctly, please fill out the Competition Warranty Form and our staff will be able to investigate and re-ship you the correct order.

Recital/Showcase orders:

I ordered my recital DVD a long time ago, but I don’t have it yet. When is it going to ship?
– Recital and showcase orders are produced and shipped either to the studio in bulk for distribution, or mailed direct in a bulk shipment. This means that you may pay for an order for a recital DVD months before the show even takes place, but the order will not ship out until all of your studio’s recital DVDs are ready to ship at the end of the season (or for a specific pick-up date that your studio has set).

What happens if I order my DVD after you’ve already shipped the rest of them out?
– If you order your DVD after the bulk shipment has gone out, you will be charged a late order fee of $8, and your order will be sent out in a subsequent shipment in the fall – so order early to avoid extra charges and get your DVD before the next dance season starts!

How can I find out when and where my recital DVD is expected to ship?
– During the recital season, you will see a list on this page with names of all the dance studios we service – we will update it regularly with the expected ship date and the shipping location, so that you know when to expect the DVDs to be ready and whether you’ll be picking your DVD up at the studio or if it will come to you directly.

How will the studio know which DVD I ordered?
– Studios are given a detailed distribution list – it will show who placed an order and which show(s) they should be given.

I ordered a DVD, but the studio says that my name isn’t on the list.
– The lists are sorted alphabetically by the last name of the parent who filled out the form, so if you have a household with multiple last names, be sure to give all the names to the studio when you go to pick up your DVD! If you’re still having problems getting the DVD that you ordered, please fill out the Recital Warranty Form and our staff will be able to investigate.

The list says that my DVD was mailed direct 3 weeks ago, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
– If you haven’t received your DVD within 3 weeks of the ship date, please fill out the Recital Warranty Form and our staff will be able to investigate.

My order arrived, but it’s not correct. How can I get it fixed?
– If you’ve received the wrong show or have another issue with your DVD, please fill out the Recital Warranty Form and our staff will be able to investigate.
